Florida Dental Association, a statewide professional membership organization representing Florida-licensed dentists, was renovating its office in Tallahassee, Florida. The organization wanted a more collaborative environment and was looking for a trusted partner to help revive their dated space.

We worked with the organization to understand their needs and leveraged our access to customer insights and the most advanced digital reporting tools to create a customized solution that maximized space and productivity in their 15,000 square-foot office. Adding a variety of collaborative and private spaces, we ensured the office felt modern, with open seating and adaptable workstations, while enabling the organization’s processes to be streamlined by strategically positioning teams.
As the premier Steelcase dealer in North Florida, we used Steelcase furniture and technology, including freestanding Answer Workstations and Elective Elements desks to give a modern, open feel with the flexibility to adapt to changing workplace needs. Our team installed a sound masking system to help cut down on noise distractions and added a bit of luxury to executive offices with Massaud Lounge chairs.
The updated space is modern, open, collaborative, and designed with quality products and technology to give a timeless look that promotes productivity.
